Return Policy

The Site is owned and operated by Belief Builders Global, LLC. (the “Company,” “we,” or “us”). The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of the Site, whether as a guest or a registered user.

Physical Products

Our physical products are packaged in-house by our team. We do not use third-party companies to package. Our return policy for EACH product will be listed with the shipping policies attached to EACH product. Please consult EACH product listing for the specific return instructions for that product.

Intangible Services

Any service offered that is not a tangible product will follow the return policy below. Some of the services we typically offer include:

Consultations
Therapy Sessions
Coaching Programs
Events
Retreats
Digital Products

This is NOT an exhaustive list.

Due to the fact that all of our packages and services are HIGHLY discounted as part of the packages we create, we are unable to process refunds on our intangible services priced under $5000.00 US Dollars.

For private, individual, high touch, or custom offerings that are priced at $5001.00 US Dollars and above, the client will need to contact Dr. Stephanie Lynn privately via one of the options listed in the Contact US section below.

For services that are priced at $5001.00 US Dollars and higher, we DO NOT offer FULL refunds. There are only 3 conditions we will consider a PARTIAL refund for offerings priced at $5001.00 US Dollars and higher:

1. Death of a child or spouse
2. Loss of a primary job unexpectedly
3. Terminal illness

Proof of these extenuating circumstances is REQUIRED and this is only considered on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of Dr. Stephanie Lynn.

Payment Plans Disclaimer

If you choose to secure payment using a payment plan, you will be immediately charged the first installment upon enrollment, then the following payments will be charged every 30 days over the allotted months for said plan. If you cancel the plan before all contractual payments have been processed successfully you will be immediately removed from the program, reported to our contracted collection company to retrieve payments and file the debt on your credit report as a charge-off, unable to enroll in ANY of my future programs AND a full review of our experience will be shared on ALL Social Media Channels. So PLEASE honor the payment plan if you choose this option.
